Time to explain this bizarre title...
In Italian, when you say something really obvious, you "discover hot water".
I've looked for accurate translations in English but couldn't find any, so I'll stick with the literal translation. It implies a little sarcasm, like "oh you are so smart - you discovered hot water!" Which was already there of course and everyone knew, no need to make a big deal about it.

Sometimes I want to share thoughts on my blog, only to realize that they are pretty obvious. So I share them anyway, but you are warned.

Things are never simple.
